5 Ways I Flip A Bad Day

Hang in there, baby!

1.) Change your outfit. Over and over and over again.
2.) Spend $5 on a sweet or salty treat. Or gooey. Or…furry?
3.) Eat a whole bag of jellybeans. Then buy another bag. Eat that one too.
4.) Write. Something about just writing-out the frustration makes it easier to let go.
5.) Listen to an Andrew Bird album. Cry. Put in a different album. Cry. Etc.
